We'll be using a different colour scheme for the drafting area, in order to make it clear to users who might view the drafting area that the content there is a work in progress.

To make it even less likely that a user would inappropriately choose to use information that remains a work in progress, we should add a watermark, so that if they cut and paste, or otherwise download, the document, the watermark preserves a notice that the work is in progress and not appropriate for use.
